Do you provide catering and bar services?
Yes, you can receive catering and bar services through Maple Rock Resorts and one of our preferred vendors. You are also free to bring in your own caterer if preferred. Please reach out for further details.
Do you have an on-site coordinator to assist with vendors and the event?
Yes, we will have staff on site during your event to assure that everything is running smoothly, including parking and security. Set up and Take Down is also available for an additional fee, as are many additional services.
Do your events and wedding venues provide chairs and tables?
Yes, we provide cedar benches, tables, and chairs for both your wedding ceremony and reception. Additional items available to our guests free of charge, include:

How much parking is available for event and wedding guests?
50 cars can be parked comfortably at the Maple Rock Resort wedding venue, and 40 at the Paradise Hills ceremony location. Please inquire for further parking needs. Parking staff and security are also included in your wedding package.
