Perched a top the mountains this home offers the finest unobstructed view Chilliwack has to offer. You can enjoy this view from one of our 4 patios. Patio 1 is located off the massive living room and features a large dinner table, barbecue grill and propane fire table for those cold winter nights. Just outside the man cave patio 2 offers a comfy couch and chairs to lounge and enjoy the view. Patio 3 is located steps from the arcade and features a full size hot tub along with outdoor shower and yes, a spectacular view. Patio 4 is absolutely massive with a 6 person fire table, 7 person sofa set, 2 lounging chairs and small cedar bar. This house has 7 bedrooms with 11 beds, 4 sofa beds, and 4 fold out double mattresses. Enough beds and bedding to sleep 30 people comfortably. The living room features a big screen TV, 16 foot couch that folds into a massive bed along with floor to ceiling windows to take in that gorgeous view. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cutlery for 30. The dining room combined with the living room can seat 30 so your whole group can dine together! There are 3 full bathrooms with 3 separate showers. (4 showers including the outdoor shower) soap, Shampoo, conditioner, and towels are all abundantly supplied and everything is crystal clean. The fitness centre comes with a universal trainer, squat rack, exercise bike preacher curl bench, and complete dumbbell set. In a separate wing you will find our arcade. This room is always a hit as it includes 4 arcade machines with 10 classic games in total like Pac Man, Mortal Combat, Galaga, and Golden Tee Golf. Take a stroll downstairs to our man cave where you will find a big screen TV, pool table, chess table, and a comfy sofa bed. Just off the man cave is our theatre room where an 80 inch TV covers the entire wall while the rest of the room is wrapped with a giant comfy couch. If that isn’t enough, all of this is spread out over 4 acres of Rolling Hills where you will find a 900 square foot professional golf green with LED lighting for night golf. The green has 3 separate holes, with 2 different T’off areas and 2 sand traps. Each hole can be played 3 different ways for 9 holes of golf. Golf clubs, balls, and 10 extra putters are supplied free of charge to guests. The property also features a children’s playground equipped with a 2 storey fort, swing set, sand box, slide and picnic table for mom. Behind the house is a basketball court with regulation size painted keys. This court also doubles as a hockey box complete with nets and hockey balls. We recently added a 9 hole disk golf course to the property. This well thought out course is spread over the entire 4 acres. Paper score cards including a map to each hole are supplied to guests along with plenty of disks so your whole group can play at once!!!! An easily accessible horseshoe pit, and outdoor picnic area is located close to the house for less mobile guests. This area comes with a fire pit, 3 cedar benches, cedar picnic table and a hammock.
